HOME LAYOUT The home features a split-level design with multiple living areas. When you enter the home, you'll step directly into the kitchen and dining area with easy access to the backyard. From the main level: • 9 steps up to the upstairs bedrooms • 6 steps down to the main living room • 10 additional steps down to the downstairs bedrooms We like to share this information in advance so guests can determine whether the layout is a good fit for their group. Because of the split-level design, sound may travel more easily between floors than in a traditional two-story home. Guests with different schedules (early risers, young children, or night owls) may wish to plan sleeping arrangements accordingly. Each upstairs bedroom has its own thermostat, allowing guests to adjust temperatures to their preference. To protect the HVAC system, the main thermostat may not be set below 65°F. HOUSE RULES • No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana) indoors or outdoors • No parties or events • Dogs only (maximum 2, must be disclosed when booking) • Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM • Exterior security cameras are installed for guest and property safety FIRE RESTRICTION NOTICE: Due to current local fire restrictions, use of the outdoor fire pit is temporarily prohibited. Guests may not light or use the fire pit at any time while the restriction is in effect. Our propane BBQ remains available for guest use.
